What’s the take off time for me to place the order?
For order that delivered same day
Monday to Friday
- Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after this period, but it isn't assured.
These take off times are not limited to busy floral events like: Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. Please check the web site for the order take off times.
Remote location:
Delivery to remote area can be a difficult, so it wont be guarantee for same day delivery. However, we always try our best to deliver your gift at the time you requested.
Can you deliver to hospital?
Due to the hospital’s policy:
- Most flower will not be able to deliver to recipient’s area and could have to be remaining at the nursing station.
Some hospitals do not allow lilies and balloons because they are common allergens.
Plants, flowers and fruit cannot be delivered to hospital.
Before placing your order, please check with a healthcare facility.
We do not guarantee that orders for those below events will be promptly delivery to the next timed

Can I order wine with my order?
Yes you can order alcohol with your order. However, Vietnamsflorist will not guarantee that it will be delivered. We will try our best to complete the order as you request, but there are some restrictions:
- Age restrictions
- Religious beliefs
- Country and/or State Laws
- Country and/or State Regulations
In case that Vietnamsflorist has difficulty delivering your order due to one of above restrictions, you will be advised with a replacement.
Please note this when you want to have alcohol including with your orders.
Can I have gourmet food or other gifts sent with my order?
Yes, you can. Vietnamsflorist will do every best to complete your order as requested. Vietnamflorist will make fair substitutions when necessary to make delivery faster.
FOR NEXT DAY GIFT BASKET
You cannot add more product or inclusions of your purchase. The product will be precisely what is displayed in the picture. You can separate your order if you want to deliver a flower bouquet with your basket.
How can I pay?
Vietnamsflorist accepts all major credit cards including:

How can I place an order?
Placing your order on our website is very simple.
First: choosing your ideal product on our website
Once you have selected the product you wish to add, add it to your shopping cart. You will be redirected to the cart page. If you have a discount code, fill it out and use it for a discount.
Next, choose your way to make a payment.
You can choose to process as guess check out or you can register an account on our site.
- Fill in all information of the buyer.
- Fill in the information of the recipient.
- Choose the delivery day and also select the time you want us to deliver your gift.
- Write down your message and special instruction for us.
After you finish filling in all the information but you want to change your selected items, you can click “Back” to edit. Double check your selected item and the information, select the payment methods that are suitable for you and click finish the order.
When you finish making the payment, you will receive an email including your order number and detail of that order
What should I do when my credit cards is declined?
When your credit card is not able to use, please contact your financial institution for further assistance and/or get in touch with us to recommend you a different form of payment.
Please Note: That your order will never be processed until you finish making your payment for the product you order.
Will Vietnamsflorist help me personally to remember important birthdates, anniversaries and occasions?
Yes! We will establish a reminder for you to remind all your special occasions.
